acyclic command problem

acyclic -v -o result2.txt control_flow.ps
Its is not printing information about whether the file is acyclic, has a cycle or is undirected
It gives:
warning:syntax error in line 1 near '%' and in .txt file its not printing anything

So Sir if a type in terminal

So Sir if a type in terminal acyclic -v -o result.txt hello_world.c then it should print information whether the file is acyclic, has a cycle or is undirected

and all what file types it supports..

No, a program need not tell

No, a program need not tell you all of the file types it supports. It can assume you know something about using the tool, and just tell you that it can't handle the type of input you've given it. If I give a spreadsheet to a C compiler, it doesn't report that it only handles legal C programs; it just says your input is not legal.

The warning is trying to tell

The warning is trying to tell you that your input file is in PostScript; the acyclic program requires a dot file for input.
