I just tried the "Graphviz"-Package for Win32. When I'd installed it, my path-setting for some DOS-based utilities didn't work anymore. A short look in the file install.log and in the system properties page showed, that the current users PATH-variable was changed completely from their old value "%PATH%;<Mypathes>" to "%PATH%;<Graphvizpathes>".

I'm afraid this could cause some havoc for some people, having important and long path-entries in the user-environment-vars.
