Problem:
I'm trying to use Isaviz and whatever rdf file I provide to it, dot hangs forever (for large file) if it's a short file, it keep complaining about xml error parse.....

I just don't know what is happening

rpm of graphivz was a src.rpm and compiled on mandrake using rpm --rebuild expat is 1.95.6-4

[erg] Your Isaviz is moderately large, so the layout is likely to take some time even on a fast machine. For example, the layout took about 10 minutes on our fastest machine. You can trace the progress by running dot -v. Also, with large graphs, a perfect layout is not so important. There are various graphviz parameters you can set to truncate the various phases of the layout. In this case, almost all of the time is spent reducing crossings.

There were no problems with expat in isv15675.dot. You might want to send along one of the shorter graphs causing the expat problem, or file that as a separate bug report, so that we can see what might be wrong.
