Title: lhead/ltail does not work properly when warned "head is inside tail cluster"

Problem:
It is fine that dot warns "Warning: beta -> alpha: head is inside tail cluster cluster0" and ignores the ltail setting in the example below. Unfortunately the lhead sitting then is ignored too. But IMHO it would still make sense to put the arrow tip on cluster1 instead of node alpha. What do you think?
