Problem:
Running "msiexec /a C:UsersbentDownloadsgraphviz-2.26.3.msi" from the command line I always get an error dialog with this message: "The system cannot open the device or file specified."

I have tried alternative install directories and creating the install directory in advance.

I am running in administrator mode on Win7: Microsoft Windows [Version 6.1.7601]

[arif] We provide a standart msi file (created by visual studio) for graphviz assuming that it should be working on any windows box. However sometimes because of hidden security policies, msi installations may not go through.You can download the zipped version of graphviz and copy the files wherever you like.Graphviz should still work as long as you keep the file structure intact.
