Title: Unusable from a user account on Windows
Submitter: Yannick DuchĂȘne (Hibou57)

Version:
System: windows
Severity: critical
Problem:
There is no need for an example file, any one will do the same.

I've taken an exemple *.gv source from the GraphViz gallery, opened it in GVEdit, then choose the command GraphViz -> Run, and then Oops, it fails complaining it could not create a temporary file.... in the application executable directory !

Obviously, no user account in a decent Windows configuration is allowed to write in the Program Files directory.

This turns in either two things :

1) either it is strictly unusable at all on a decent and secure
Windows installation.
2) or else, it will requires to give write access to all user to a
subdirectory of Program Files, which will be heavily insecure.

I've tried to search for a temporary folder path configuration, but could not find any one (there is just a configuration for the binary directory, while nothing to configure a temporary files folder).
