Problem:
Dot fails to initialize and crashes.
I tried something as simple as "dot -V" and that too crashes
with a message saying "The application failed to initialize
properly(0xc0150002).Click OK to terminate the application."

The following is from the Vista events log:
"Faulting application dot.exe, version 0.0.0.0, time stamp 0x4a53af84,

Fix:
Just a thawte: Most of the errors relating to this seem to
do with the version of the .NET Framework
