Problem:
I have been trying to find ways to produce circular or other than hierarchical layouts using the graphviz Tcldot extension, but the layout specifications other than "DOT" do not have any effect. 

Involved commands:
  graphHandle layout ?DOT|NEATO|CIRCO|TWOPI|FDP|NOP?
  graphHandle render ?canvas ?DOT|NEATO??

The render command doesn't even seem to care what the last argument is ...

However using dot/neato/circo/... directly from the commandline produces the expected results.
