Severity: critical
When configured with --disable-tcl

I get the compile error

(cd .libs && rm -f && ln -s ../
tclsh ./gv_doc_writer.tcl "."
/bin/sh: tclsh: command not found
make[3]: *** [] Error 127
make[3]: Leaving directory `/home/qlevsal/download/graphviz-2.12/tclpkg/gv'
make[2]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make[2]: Leaving directory `/home/qlevsal/download/graphviz-2.12/tclpkg'
make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/qlevsal/download/graphviz-2.12'

Also tried adding --without-tclsh --without-wish
[ellson] Disable-tcl disables the tcl API. Tclsh is still required for building as tcl is used by some build scripts.

Suggested workaround:
   a) install tclsh
   b) install graphviz from binary rpms.
